Leading full-stack delivery for global enterprise programs—web platforms, services, AI-assisted workflows, and cloud-native release trains.
At Publicis Sapient I lead engineering across multi-squad digital programs for banking, retail, and platform clients—React and Next.js surfaces, APIs and integrations, and practical AI features where they improve author and customer experiences. The work sits at the intersection of experience design, content architecture, and long-lived product roadmaps—not one-off campaign sites.
I set the technical direction for React and Next.js stacks, shared component libraries, and how teams integrate with Adobe Experience Manager and AWS-hosted services. That includes release trains, quality gates, and the glue between UX, product owners, and offshore delivery partners.
Day to day I still review critical paths in code, unblock production issues, and mentor engineers so squads can ship confidently without every decision routing through a single architect.
Key contributions
- Defined frontend architecture for micro-frontend and modular SPA patterns across squads, with shared linting, testing, and design-token contracts.
- Rolled out Next.js and TypeScript standards with performance budgets, Core Web Vitals tracking, and accessibility checks in CI.
- Partnered with UX and AEM teams on headless and hybrid content models, component mapping, and author-friendly templates.
- Led technical discovery and stakeholder demos for platform upgrades, migration waves, and phased rollouts.
- Coached engineers on component API design, state management trade-offs, and production debugging on distributed systems.
- Improved handoff between design (Figma) and implementation through Storybook documentation and review rituals.
